All HDSB schools offer  full day every day kindergarten.  Children attend school five days a week.  Classrooms are staffed by a teacher and an early childhood educator.  Please click on the blue button link to the left for more kindergarten registration details.

Who registers at the Welcome Centre for Elementary School?

• Those entering with a Work Permit or a Study Permit (student and/or parent/guardian holds the permit)

• Those entering as a Refugee

• Those entering HDSB with their Permanent Residence Status application in progress

• Those entering from a French language school in a French language school board (if first language is not English)
