Have you thought about how you’re going to challenge yourself to get to school in a physically active way next week? Remember - it’s active transportation and bike to school week! And here’s a fact: When we all walk, roll or bike to school our morning becomes safer for everybody because there is less traffic in the school parking lot. Active transportation reduces your risk of chronic disease, helps keep our air cleaner, gives you more energy, reduces the negative effects of screen time and improves your mood! Let’s keep our schools safe, happy AND green by using more active transportation.
Just a reminder to students who are fasting and choosing to go to the French room during second half of breaks:  -please make sure you have signed up in Mrs. Warford’s ESL room;  -please come prepared with a quiet activity for yourself or a group of friends;  -please commit to attending for all breaks, so teachers on duty know the whereabouts of students.  If you have any questions, please feel free to ask Mrs. Warford for clarification.
