ORCHARD PARK - Wednesday June 27, 2018

posted 27 Jun 2018, 06:43 by Sherri Livingstone

Congratulations, Orchard Park!  We collected exactly 1,600 used-up markers this year that would have gone into landfill.  Instead, they will be shipped to a recycling facility and made into fuel! Remember to save your used-up markers, pens, and crayons over the summer and bring them in next September!

A huge thank you to all of the students who have returned their library books! Mrs. Youngblut will be making the draw for the Freezie party after second break today. Classes in the draw so far include Mr Dinner Mrs. Blanchard and Ms Schaller, Mrs. Hayes, Mrs. Arnold, Mrs. Mclean and Mme Lee. If you feel like you should be on this list or have brought in those last books today, please come talk to Mrs Youngblut at first break!

Attention all  members of the Senior Girls Basketball team. There will be a small team party in Mme. Lee’s room tomorrow (Thursday) at second break to celebrate the awesome season you’ve had.

Birthday Book Club Greetings go to Sam C  in Mrs Nicholson’s class, who is celebrating his birthday today. Sam has chosen a new book to donate to our library in honour of his birthday. Thank you from your friends at Orchard Park for your generous donation!

Orchard Park remember to fill buckets today!

Have a Wonderful Wednesday.
