Have you had a chance to check out the display of photos in the foyer of some amazing OP students doing their favourite activities? These students have obviously put in a lot of time and effort to learn some pretty awesome skills! To add your photo to this project, have your parents email pictures to Mrs Youngblut. Next week Olympian Sarah Wells is coming to our OP wellness night to tell us about her favourite activity, and about some of the challenges she faced on the way to the Olympics. Don't forget to bring in your registrations for Wellness night so you can meet a real Team Canada Olympian and take part in the other fun activities we have planned for the evening!

Ms . McKechnie and Ms.Lestition would like to see the following Spirit Committee students at first break today just outside the library:

A Black History Announcement:

Fredericton-born Willie O'Ree was the first black player in the National Hockey League. O'Ree made his debut with the Boston Bruins in the 1957-58 season. O'Ree later played in the Western Hockey League before retiring in 1979.

Black History Month must be more than just a month of remembrance; it should be a tribute to our history and reminder of the work that lies in the months and years ahead.

Orchard Park remember to fill buckets today!

Have a Wonderful Wednesday.
