Mary Poppins Auditions start today! All students auditioning, please review your date and time so you won’t miss your audition. Also, a reminder that your script fragment must be memorized and presented in character.


Any students in grades 5 & 6 interested in joining the Remembrance Day Choir can meet Mr. Vize today first half of second break.


Mme Bourgeois is looking for Scorekeepers for the upcoming Senior Volleyball season. All interested gr 6-8 students can sign up on the sheet located outside of Mme Bourgeois’s office.


Birthday book club greetings go out to Lucas C and Lucas V in Mrs Arnold's class and to Mo in Mme MacNeil’s class, who all had birthdays this weekend. These students are celebrating their birthdays at school by donating books to our library. Thank you from your friends at Orchard Park for your generous donations!

During the Marathon of Hope Terry Fox said, “Even if I don’t finish, we need others to continue. It’s got to keep on going without me.” Not only did Terry Fox inspire millions of Canadians and raise millions of dollars, he also was the driving force behind cancer research in Canada.


Orchard Park you can be part of that driving force by donating online @ terryfox.org. Help us reach our goal of $4000 by the end of the month.

Tomorrow is the Terry Fox Run please remember to dress appropriately and bring water. Teachers the supervision schedule will be in your mailboxes today. Primary teachers are asked to walk/run the course with their classes. Junior and Intermediate teachers will have a post to supervise. Kindergarten teachers will use their own discretion as to how much of the run they would like to do.


The Terry Fox committee and any other grade 7 or 8 student that would like to help with the warm-up is asked to meet with Ms Kennedy today at the first half of second break in room 110.
