ORCHARD PARK - Tuesday October 23, 2018

The BIG CRUNCH event is coming to Orchard Park this Thursday October 25 at 10:45am. The whole school will enjoy eating healthy delicious apples from Drummond Farm, which is local! Did you know that when you eat one single apple, you ingest potassium which is a mineral that helps improve digestion, helps the body make new cells, helps the nervous system function well, and gives the body antioxidants which help fight diseases. Let’s be well Orchard Park and eat apples!

Any available wellness committee members are asked to meet Mme Hunt in front of the library today at 2nd break.

Attention wellness committee students in grades 6 - 8! We need your help! Please meet Mrs. Markham in the conference room at first break on Wednesday (tomorrow) to help get ready for the BIG CRUNCH event.
