Unfortunately mother nature wasn’t kind this weekend. Outdoor soccer tryouts are postponed until the field dries up. There will be a boys’ soccer tryout in the gym on Friday at 1st break.

There will be a brief meeting for the Senior Girls Basketball Team at the first half of first break in Mr.Plant’s room.

This is a very special message for students, parents and teachers who took the time to create new useful items using the used materials that would have been thrown away and would have been added to our landfills. These participants thought out of the box and demonstrated compassion for our environment. It takes a leader to take an action and do something to make a change. You all have heard the quote by Gandhi, "Be the change you want to see in others". If you want to live in a world where everyone thinks about their actions and considers how their actions impact other people and the environment, then the change has to begin with you.

EcoTeam and all the judges who marked the projects were impressed by a total of 41 projects that were submitted for the contest.

Eco Club would like to thank Mrs. Wigle, Mrs. Markham, Mme Bourgeois, Mrs. Perks and Ms. Schaller who helped to make a decision about the winners.
