Here is a Jump Rope for Heart update. Exciting news OP! We are currently at %47 towards raising our school goal of $5000 and that doesn’t even include the cash donations that many of your have been working hard to collect!! That’s amazing! You have until this Friday March 9th to continue collecting and it’s still not too late to register online if you haven’t already. All cash donations are due by this Friday morning on March 9. You may bring in your pledge envelope before Friday if you have finished collecting. Please give all envelopes to your homeroom teacher. Thanks to everyone for your support. You should definitely feel proud of yourselves. We’ll be celebrating all that hard work with some skipping fun this Friday so be sure to wear your running shoes!

Spirit Committee will not meet today! Enjoy the well deserved break!

There is a meeting at second half of first break today for any grade 4 & 5 boys and girls who are interested in playing volleyball this year. See you in the gym at 11:20

Could any classes that need their healthy bin to be refilled please send it down before first break this morning.

Attention wellness ambassadors: please go to conference room at FIRST break to fill any empty healthy bins. Mme. Hunt will meet you there at the beginning of the second half for a short meeting. Please bring your lunch!

Attention teachers and Grade 6 students - it’s the last week of the step challenge!! Have you been tracking your steps?? Please continue to do so! This friday is last day of the competition! Way to go everyone.

Attention Experienced Gr. 4- 8 Knitters!  Loom knitting will be taking place today at 2nd break in room 219.  Again, today at 1:15 pm all gr. 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 loom knitters who know how to knit, meet in room 219.  Please remember to bring your loom and hook.


All grades 4-8 students who wish to still sign up for the talent show has this week only to do so. Don’t let the opportunity to showcase your talents slip by!

Panther Pedometers will be for sale at the second half of first break in the front foyer They cost $5.00 each! Buy one this week and start stepping!

Birthday Book Club Greetings go to Ethan R in Mrs Lewis’ class and Khalid A  in Mme Saig’s class, who had birthdays over the weekend.  They will be celebrating their birthdays at school today by donating a book to our library!
