Teachers Please bring your students down to the front foyer to see if they can find any lost items in the lost in found.


Orchard Park, if you are  interested in creating a movie or slideshow to educate  people on various environmental issues. Halton Green Screens is launching first ever Amateur Film Festival this year and would love to get a lot of submissions from Halton students. Films can be as simple as photo slideshows set to music or voice, or as complicated as stop motion animation.

They will be accepting films until Friday May 18th. Selected films will be screened at a public event at Film.Ca Cinemas on Thursday June 14. Films will also be uploaded to their brand new YouTube channel and used in their schools program. Kindergarten classes are also welcome to participate.

Orchard Park we are getting closer to our goal of over thousand books. We have collected over  900 books. If you have not donated a book, consider doing it this week. The sale starts on Monday. We will be holding sale during both nutrition breaks starting April 23rd. Please bring a toonie to buy a book. Those who will buy 5 books or more will enter in a draw to win prizes.
